Do you need a space to recap/vent/yell/colour about your winter break experience or things that have been happening in your life since the last time we saw each other?
Have you been reflecting on 2015?
Are you thinking about making any 2016 resolutions or anti-resolutions? Any changes you'd like to see in your life or society over the next year?
Let's gather and discuss!
Featuring:
-Our annual madulation sticker chart to celebrate little and big things in our lives over the last year/month/week/day/hour
[No accomplishment too strange or small! No accomplishment competitions permitted! No judgment of whether you're "allowed" or "deserve" to celebrate something! And you don't need to tell us what it is you're celebrating, unless you'd like to.]
-Glow sticks to light the way for any new changes in our lives! (a goal/project/idea, a diagnonsense, a revelation, a transition...)
-Candles for any losses/events/nouns/changes/experiences we'd like to remember/forget/mourn/honour/say goodbye to...
-Rocks to hold (or throw away) any shame feelings we're carrying with us
-Bananas to nourish ourselves with mad community
Of course - colouring, candy, granola bars, tea, and other arts & crafts supplies will be available.
We look forward to hanging with new members, frequent faces, and folks we haven't seen in a while!
