MUGSI Account Statement
My Financial Account statement says I have a balance of $42.80
I'm pretty sure that this is from me using my student card (which I had put $200 on) to buy books..
How do I pay this balance? Is there an office I can go to in Mac?
Thanks!!
P.S Why didn't it take the $42 off of my student card?

So does mean you OWE the school the money (balance can mean either credit or debit)?
Your account statement should say where and what for you owe the money; and where you go to pay your statement depends on what you have a balance on your account for.

If you DO owe money you can either pay this online, or by going to the Student Cashiers office in GH with a cheque/debit/credit/cash

If the balance is $42.80 wouldn't that mean you have a positive surplus on your account - aka, you have an extra $42.80 just sitting on your account? You would think it would be negative if it is owing.
But ya, if it is owing then make sure to pay it off because if you have debts at the end of the year they can withhold things until you pay it off.
ps. Everyone else get the letter from McMaster saying how they are going green and no longer sending out paper copies of Account Statements - you need to go online to check from now on if there are any changes, etc? What do you think of that?

I think it's IRONIC beyond belief that we got a LETTER in the mail telling us they were going green...wouldn't an EMAIL make more sense?

Ya, I thought the same thing when I read it...
Wasn't it already stated in an e-mail or something anyway? I somehow knew about it before I got the letter.

I had thought I read it in an email too.
Maybe I'm not as crazy as I thought?
