When i went in to mugsi to drop a course it allowed me to, but when i went to add a new one it also allowed me to choose a tutorial. Now this doesnt seem like a problem, but i was told we couldnt access tutorial times and stuff until aug 5. Any reason i was able to choose tutorials on one course but now my others?

Some courses let you do it now.
The vast majority do not let you pick sections right now. You just happened to select one of the few courses that allows it.

So, for all my others it will be open on the 5th? Thanks by the way, that confused me.

Timetables are released on the 5th, but Solar will not reopen for changes until 8:30 a.m. August 7 for changes.
