I don't really think you should be posting this publicly. I mean, if I found out that my bf posted this, especially including private texts and facebook posts, I'd be really ticked off.

Agreed, I'd be crazy pissed. And embarrassed for several reasons.
Mostly embarrassed.

I miss you, we need to talk more and we need to chill
Did you ever think that:
She doesn't feel like she misses you because you hang out all the time and that's a GOOD thing.
She doesn't think you need to talk more because you already have great communication skills and you already share everything with each other.
Or maybe that she took "chill" to mean that you guys need to calm down or take a break. Maybe she didn't interpret it as she thinks you need to hang out more often. Maybe she meant that she thinks you guys are good and are doing really well and don't need a break.
And about her writing the same thing to another guy: you two need to establish some rules. Maybe he is really just a friend, or maybe not. You need to decide whether you're okay with her being friends with guys and whether she's okay with you being friends with girls.
I have a lot of good guy friends, two of which are in really strong relationships (including my best friend, who is a guy), and they've both established that they feel secure enough in ther relationships to be friends with other girls. So, I'm really glad that I can continue my relationships as friends with these guys. But, I've wondered before if it would be okay with me if my (potential) bf continued his friendships with other girls. That's walking a thin line, though. It would be such a double standard for me to feel that he shouldn't hang out with girls, especially since some of my closest friends are men. Maybe you should meet this guy; your gf should be comfortable enough to introduce you and maybe you can all be friends. If she's not comfortable with introducing you, that may be a problem and may be something you need to discuss.
You two need to discuss how you feel with being friends with members of the opposite sex and set some ground rules. It'll save a lot of heart ache later.

Let’s break this down:
· She has no reason to miss you. Out of everyone she knows, you’re in the Top 3 she sees/talks to the most. She sometimes may/may have cancelled plans with others to make room for you.
· It sounds weird to you because you’re a paranoid bugger who’s looking for things that could be wrong, when in fact, nothing is.
· You breathing down her neck because she didn’t write a dissertation on why she loves you inside a Hallmark card is only going to result in the most elementary of reactions. William ****ing Shakespeare, she isn’t.
· You webcamming for two hours over a Valentines card= over reaction. What next, pulling Skype all-nighters if she has to reschedule a lunch date because of a group project?
· “It’s good to be here, I hope we date longer”. Would you rather it be “I’m glad you came. We need to talk”?
· My God, she has school work to do. You probably do too. LET GO OF THE WEBCAMMING.
· And to answer your final questions: Yes, to both of them.

Well dude, can't say the internet is the best place to go looking for relationship advice but sometimes you just need a really harsh criticism to get a different perspective on things. Following what everyone's already said, you do sound really insecure about the relationship, which is normal, but instead of complaining about it, you need to figure out what you're going to do. If you feel insecure you probably have good reason to be and that means working harder on your relationship. I am guessing that this is a long distance thing, in which case put more effort into seeing her in person that facebook bullshit honestly isn't enough. And if it turns out that you're not getting the same kind of reaction from her that you're expecting (e.g. equally romantic gestures) then you've got to realize that this either isn't the girl for you, or that if you really really do like her then you have to accept her with this flaw. And also watch out for this other guy, definitely something going on there. Bottom line, you need to man the **** up, bro. Seriously. You're the man you should have a control over the situation and be able to guide things. Get a grip on the situation

Quite unfortunate though, a lot of you put some massive efforts into the replies.

I dunno, I've known quite a few people IRL who are/were like this.
And then there was the creepy mcreepster from a site where I post my art who threatened to OD when I told him to **** off and stop creepin' me.

I think you overestimate the intelligence of the userbase here. Like in that roommate thread someone was like "why would you use their real names?" and in my head I thought "well obviously he's using pseudonyms." But no, it was their real names.
