New textbook refunds
Hi.
So I bought a new book and it wasn't sealed in a plastic but I know that they won't refund the entire price if I opened the book.
Well I opened the book and was just wondering how much they'll charge me for that. They wouldn't be so mean as to take off like 50% because I opened the textbook? Well I hope??? :S
Thanks!

well if you cracked the spine- you won't get a full refund. If it's fine and looks untouched- you will get a full refund.

Yup. I returned a new book that wasn't wrapped up when purchased and I got my refund just fine! They'll ask you for your phone number, student number, etc. but that's expected =)

They can tell when a 'new book' has been used.
