Hey! I was just wondering does anyone know roughly how much a one bedroom apt would run me? Doesn't really matter if it is close to campus of not.

Usually one bedrooms you get a living room too, so it's going to run you around 700/month
A bachelor will just basically be rez where its one room with a washroom itll be around 500/month

In the cleaner areas of downtown, 1 bedrooms can go as low as ~$500 in a basement situation. For $600 you'll find lots of bachelors in managed buildings (for example look at the inventory on homestead.ca) and 1 bedrooms more like $650-700 in managed buildings.

West Villages are good appt. but they are pretty expensive because utilities are a flat rate and there is cleaning done in the commons rooms every other week. the most expensive one is about $700
Definitly a good one though
