I thought that $110 was included in my $7688. (just checked, it wasn't)

Apparently not. it was an additional 110 added to your student account as shown. The supplementary fees are for courses

Supplementary fees aren't for courses, tuition is for courses. Supplementary fees include things like MSU, bus pass, health/dental insurance, solar car, etc.
110 probably wasn't under supplementary because it's not something that gets charged to all full-time students, so it was listed as separate.

AFAIK supplementary fees also included registration fees per faculty. Then again star may be right
