Yes, there is also a hotlink to payment agreement on the SOLAR page, but payment agreement has always been under Accounts & Cashiers, under MUGSI.

is the deducted amount your total funding from osap? because mine is only the half of the amount i should receive from osap. or is that the amount being released by the end of september from osap?
