My main email account uses the outgoing mail server smtp.cogeco.ca. However, I cannot access that server outside of the Cogeco network. What is/are the outgoing server(s) on the MacConnect & MacSecure networks?

You should never use your ISP mail server. Its quite difficult to switch providers once you become reliance on their mail.
