Payment question
I recently dropped off a cheque at McMaster for my tuition and have been waiting to get a confirmation of my payment.

Online, it says

PAYMENT AGREEMENT (last confirmed version)
BALANCE FORWARD (U201009) 1000.0
PAYMENTS RECEIVED -1000.0

Does the negative sign mean they've received my payment?
