Philosophy 3H03
This course was fun because it wasn't a philosophical look at the Bible or other religious texts. We examined religious concepts - like omnipotence, evil, resurrection and souls. It was very interesting and we looked at lots of different view points. You don't need to have any kind of religious knowledge beforehand, you are taught everything you need to know in the class.
The course is based around the text book, where we look at 2 articles each week. Professor Rodde was very nice and articulate, which is important in this course (otherwise, it would be very confusing).
I really the grade breakdown as well.
5% essay proposal
30% reflective summaries (three summaries - 10% each)
35% essay
30%
We also got a very helpful study guide and there will be a review session with the prof, which is always appreciated!
