I believe that you can't transfer in, you would have to apply for admission. There is however an accelerated program: www-fhs.mcmaster.ca/nursing/educ_bscn_accel.shtml

Im pretty sure you cant transfer to Level II Nursing. I was actually in that position and I seriously considered transferring. However, seeing that some Level I Nursing courses MUST be taken in a particular term (e.g. a term one course continues on to term two), I was not able to carry on with the plan. You cannot take some Level II Nursing courses that have Level I course prerequisites. This means you really have to start from scratch because you cannot take these Level I Nursing courses while in the Life Science program.

Hope that helps!
Good luck

I was actually just accepted into the accelerated nursing program, if you have any questions about the process feel free to ask!

You can transfer after first year life sciences into nursing, but it's very difficult as they only take 10 spots from inter-university transfers. It would be better to just start nursing from the get go.
