That's a very limited assumption.
People intending on going to grad school for chem would most likely be taking the chemistry orgos, not the general ones.
Anyone wanting to do any sort of biochem/bio-related grad school should take chem 2OA/2OB, though - depending on the type of research you're doing, it can be very useful, and in second year you don't really know what sort of research you'll be doing in grad school so it's better to give yourself the advantage.
The MCAT also requires orgo knowledge, which is one reason many pre-med students choose to take it. Other professional schools might require it as well, I'm not 100% sure.
Many many undergrad programs require both, and even if yours doesn't, it seems pointless to take one but not the other. It's like taking chem 1A03 but not 1AA3. I don't know what your life plan is, though.
