What are the prerequisites for math 1LS3? I'm trying to register for it in SOLAR but for some reason I don't have the requisite. I misplaced my course book so can someone help me out?
It says you need: One of Grade 12 Calculus and Vectors U, Grade 12 Advanced Functions and Introductory Calculus U or MATH 1F03

Advanced Functions and Introductory Calculus is the old gr12 calc course. It was last offered three years ago, I believe. My year (2007-2008) was the first year they offered calc/vectors.

I'm a little confused then why it says that I've failed the requisites. I have Advanced Functions and I'm taking Calculus & Vectors in summer school so isn't that sufficient?

No, because SOLAR doesn't know you have Calc/vectors. Email the math dept and tell them, or maybe [email protected] can help you. They might not waive the prereq until it's confirmed that you've passed calc/vectors, though.
