I was wondering. Can you take psych 2QQ3 in the summer after you've completed second year? Or would you have to take it as Psych 3QQ3?

Based on the requirements you have to take 2QQ3 in second year.
Here is the course description and prereqs:
PSYCH 2QQ3 RESEARCH PRACTICUM
Independent research practicum that provides students the opportunity to participate in experimental psychology projects in a research laboratory under the supervision of a faculty member.
One lab; one or two terms
Prerequisite(s): A grade of at least B in PSYCH 1XX3 (or 1A03); and registration in Level II of an Honours Psychology, Neuroscience & Behaviour or Combined Honours Psychology program; and permission of the course coordinator.

So during the summer after Level II you technically wouldn't be considered in Level II anymore?

You are, until Sept 1st of that year. So any summer courses taken after second year are part of level II.

You're considered in Level 2 until Sept of your Level 3 year.

Ah great so I could still take 2QQ3 within that summer, right?

The only issue is if they offer it, which I kinda doubt considering the course.

From what I heard as long as you find a prof who is willing to take you on, but yeah I'm not too sure myself. It was just something I was considering if I was able to do it.
