Psych Electives
Heya there everyone. I'm currently trying to decide on some electives to take for second year. I'm heading into honours bio and was considering psych2ap3. The course itself sounds pretty interesting, but I'm not sure what to expect about the difficulty/workload. Does anyone have any feedback they can provide on the other second year psych courses like 2b03, 2f03, 2a03, 2tt3, etc? If I don't choose a psych course I may try and get into econ1b03 or a second year linguistics course. Any feedback would be appreciated . Thanks!

I have read over most of them but I've noticed that it's been a while since some of them were updated, like for abnormal psych. :(

2TT3 was fun. Lots of animal vids if you take it with Dukas and a lot of focus on evolution as a basis. Textbook readings were necessary.

2F03 was interesting. Necessary prereq for a lot of the biological psychs.

Both had a reasonable workload/difficulty.

Were the midterms for these courses a mixture of MC and short answers? I'm considering taking 2ap3, 2b03, 2f03, or 2h03 for psych, but I can't seem to decide :'(. I'm in honours bio atm.

Oooohh, although I did alright in psych1x03/xx3, the way the courses were taught has kind of put me off psychology. I think the material itself was very interesting, but just didn't feel the testing or the web lectures were very friendly :'(. How do the upper year psych profs/testing formats compare?
