Question Hons Life Sci Courses
I want to do a minor in Psychology, and Life Sci 2C03 Neural Communication and 2D03 Behavoural Processes both have Psychology antirequisites but would they be considered psychology courses, meaning would they go toward a psych minor?

I'm pretty sure they don't count as psychology courses. I took Life Science 2D03 with Beston and I asked him the same question you asked and he said that while they are very similar, the life science courses don't count as a psychology course.

No, they aren't considered as Psych courses nor can they be considered for your minor because these are required for the completion of 6 units in 2nd year life science courses. Any courses considered for a minor must not be required for your program and must be electives. As well, if you decide take other Psychology courses, they will be considered within your 36 units from Science Course. If you are really set on doing a Psychology minor, you must first satisfy your program requisites and then any additional Psych courses will be considered as an elective and could be considered for a minor. I don't really know how feasible it is to get a minor in Psych if you're in Life Sciences. If you're really interested in Psych courses, just take as many as you can, you don't necessarily need to declare it a minor.

Actually, for psych (as with most minors) only 12 units have to be elective to your degree...the rest can be used to fulfill both requirements. So, if your program has any psych requirements or any psych courses as part of a list, you can take those and have it count towards both, as long as at least 12 units are electives.
