questions??
1) for engineering people, we gotta write a math test on september 6, is it hard??do we need to study for it??
2) buy textbooks now or during first week??
3) if i dont pick up my osap on august 24 , can i still pick it up later on sept 6?
4) calculator..is it fx-991 ES for engineering??

1) You should definitely study for it, I mean it is a performance evaluation
2) Wait after your first week of classes
3) You can pick it up later
4) Yes |

Regarding #3: Early pick-up is the period between Aug 24 and September 2nd. Regular pick-up takes place Tuesday, September 6, 2011 to Friday, September 23, 2011 in MUSC 315.

There's no clear deadline really. As soon as it shows up on your payment agreement, choose osap as a payment option to make sure that you can use it.

I dunno man, my engineering roommate was pretty taken aback with the test in first year.. It catches people off guard, that's for sure

It even says not to study for the test. It doesnt matter how you do because it means nothing, it's for the university's records.

They don't mark you on it, nor does it have any effect on your offer of admission. Only have a few more days of summer to enjoy before a brutal year of school, so I'm going to utilize my time for fun stuff now, and academic related stuff starting on the 8th of September. xD |

In all truth, I heard the test itself was extremely hard. However, it is my understanding that last year all students writing it were excused half way through. Whether this was due to a fire drill or some other routine procedure, or something more sinister, I am not sure I am not at liberty to tell. |
