You should contact McMaster to verify. Not sure who exactly though, but try the registrar as well as the life science department.

How abou other programs such as physical science or just general science?

Contacting McMaster themselves would be the easiest way to get all this information. Only those that are reinstated or know people that have reinstated would know the answer to these questions and that number is quite low.
