Hey! I just replied to your other post, and included in that post what I think of this course. It was one of my favourites. I found it easy and fun.
I suppose my biggest warning would be that some people didn't like the material. It takes different Biblical stories and looks at their literary devices or situates them into a specific genre. For example, we studied Jonah as parody. However, the professor goes into a lot of background information on the books that are read, and gives both sides to the argument (for example, why Jonah could be read as parody, and why that argument could be incorrect).
On top of that, Dr. Carter is AMAZING! She's incredibly approachable. If you have any questions, objections, suggestions, etc., she'll seriously listen to you. She's a great prof. One of my favourites.
