Now, I was supposed to go into third year commerce this coming academic year but instead of continuing on that path, I decided to remain in second year commerce so I could take the first year courses for a degree in physics. Essentially now, I am still registered in commerce level 2 but I am taking all the first year science courses I need to get into either the honours astrophysics or physics program and one commerce course. Would repeating a year per se would jeopardize my entitlement for OSAP? Would OSAP sceptical about me taking a full course load for a repeated year? Have any of you been in this situation, and if so what were the results?

This was a question that kept me up last night as OSAP is something I need even though I’ve been working fulltime and will continue to work during school.
