I believe you are, but you have to pay something like $5 extra or something. That's how it was last year.. I'll ask one of my IRC friends and let you know though..

SOCS can purchase tickets just the same as residence students. There's no extra fee or anything. You just need to get let into a building at the right time to go. =)
