I couldn't find an active riddle, but sorry anyway for posting without having answered.
An Arab man had two sons, of whom he wished to choose one to receive his fortune upon his death. He sat them down and proposed a test to them both. They were to take their camels into the desert, and the son whose camel came home last would become his heir. The sons rode aimlessly in the desert for days, until they stopped to speak with a wise man to help them resolve their quagmire before they both starved. The wise man spoke to them one sentence after which they each re-mounted and raced home. What did the wise man tell them to do?

So there are four people. Two boys & two girls. They have 2 condoms. and One out of the four people have aids. Each guy has sex with both girls. So thats four times they have sex. Now how is it possible for everyone to have sex with eachother without contracting aids?
Okay I didn't come up with it...nor do I have any particular interest in it! but gahh I don't seem to get the answer!

I don't think this problem is decidable...I drew a tree of all the possibilities, and in every case there was a contradiction (ie. someone 'may' have been sleeping with someone who has AIDS).
Cases like The first guy with the first girl, with a condom, etc.
Are you sure you didn't neglect anything crucial?
If anyone else can take a shot at it, by all means...otherwise, I'd like to have a look at that solution, haha.
(I know of a similar problem with 1 guy and 3 girls...which has kind of a bogus, 'wouldn't work in real life' solution, haha.)

Well this isn't my riddle, I was asked by someone I am equally confused. The usual maths isn't working!
Here are more details: "you dont know which one has the aids. SO everytime they had sex a condom was used. You have to assume any one of the girls/guys could have aids."
This is soo annoying :S

See the one with 3 girls, 1 guy, and 2 condoms, the (very unrealistic) answer is:
Girl 1 - Wear both condoms
Girl 2 - Remove the 2nd condom
Girl 3 - Flip the removed condom inside-out, and put it on top of the inner condom (which has never been removed yet)
Is it something like that? xD

LOL....nm, I think I got it:
1) Guy 1 takes both condoms, wears both at the same time, with say, Girl 1.
Guy 1 | Clean | Clean | Girl 1
2) Guy 1 gives the outer condom to guy 2. Guy 2 has sex with Girl 1.
Guy 1 | Clean ------ Guy 2 | Girl 1
3) Guy 1, now with only 1 condom, has sex with Girl 2.
Guy 1 | Girl 2 ------ Guy 2 | Girl 1
4) Guy 1 gives condom to Guy 2. Guy 2 wears his first condom as an 'inner' condom, and puts the 2nd condom on top and has sex with Girl 2.
Guy 2 | Girl 1 | Guy 1 | Girl 2

This seems like it might be too simple, but the person with AIDS wears a condom both times they have sex? (each person has sex twice)
