this annoying fat-ass roommate smokes literally everyday, how do i deal with it? I told landlord like a thousand times, but it just didn't work... i wanna slap his fxxkin face

Was there a clause within the lease that tenants are not allow to smoke? If there wasn't a clause that explicitly state this, as long as he is smoking in a non-common area (ie: his room), there is nothing you can do per the Smoke-Free Ontario Act.

Maybe you should slap him in the face and tell him to stop smoking?
If he tries to give chase you'd probably be able to get away safely since fat smokers aren't very good runners.

Yea crudel is right, if he's not in a common area than there is literally nothing you can do.
The annoying thing is most smokers don't even understand why this is a problem. ARRG!!!

The only thing you can do is argue that it's interfering with your reasonable enjoyment of the property, and the burden is on you to prove it.
It's a huge administrative hassle. At this stage of your life, it's probably easier to just move.
