Can I get more information regarding Science 3EP3? Is it sort of like a co-op position? Also, is enrolment in this course by selection? (i.e. through interviews, marks, etc)

Also, if you are not in a co-op program but would really like to have job experience in your field, what are some suggestions?

If I want to switch to a co-op program in third year, do I have to be enrolled in it in second year? (i.e. honours molecular biology & genetics co-op). Also, how hard is it to get into this co-op?
