Service Fest 2009!
New incoming club presidents listen up! The MSU Clubs department has put together an amazing opportunity for you to meet with the services and departments that can assist you on a regular basis with everything from events to advice. You'll also be able to meet with other Club presidents to network and build important ties with other clubs so you may be able to co-run events together in the future.
Introducing... ServiceFest, the newest Clubs event!
Who: New club president (or exec) and outgoing president (or exec)
What: ServiceFest
Where: CIBC Hall, 3rd floor of the Student Center
When: March 16th, 1:30pm-3:30pm
Why: You will have the opportunity to meet reps from all kinds of services on campus, learn how they can help your club and how to make the most of it. We’ll start with presentations from key services, then you’ll have free time to visit table displays to gather more info and ask questions.
Invited services include: EOHSS, MUSC Admin, Conference Services, Athletics & Recreations, Compass, Underground, Hospitality services, Human Rights & Equity Services, AND MANY MORE
This is a great opportunity to start the 2009-2010 club year on the right foot. Not to be missed! Inform your new president of this great opportunity when they are elected.
