Sessional Average
Hi I was wondering if anyone knew whether sessional average refers to just the school year sept to April or summer courses included?

I found this online: Sessional Average (SA) is a weighted average based on the grades attained in a session. Overload courses and Extra courses are included in the Sessional Average.

Do summer courses count as extra courses?

Thanks!

Sessional Average does NOT include summer courses. Your summer courses will get their own sessional average.

Also, your grade report automatically segregrates your courses based on session.

It is in your cGPA, it's just like you took a third and fourth term during the year.

Whether it contributes to your average when apply to grad school or other things like that depends on where you are applying, and for what.
