It's apparently 15 years in jail for attempted murder of a president.. or well, death.
He's been charged with aggression.. which is a minimum of 15 years as well..

That is what everyone seems to be missing. A few years ago an Iraqi journalist would have been laughable, a great oxymoron. It is now real. As for the thrower, he is in custody for assault. I guess it's better than death, which would have been the alternative.
