Should I take Sociological Research Methods in the summer?
It's required for my degree. At York U. Either one month course or over 3 months. I will also be doing two other 6 credit courses from May-June (bird music courses).

If it's required, then I suggest taking it in the summer- also because the Prof whose teaching it in the summer, Dr. Young, is MUCH better than the prof who teaches it during the year

Im transferring to York and will be doing it there in the summer. Just want to know if the workload is manageable.

Do it now with Dr. Young, I've never had a prof who is as clear and structured as him. I really regret not doing it in the summer and being stuck with one of the worst human beings in the world.

if you're referring to Budros, I feel the exact same way!! that class with him is so brutal, thank god for tutorials though

if you're only taking that course in the summer, you should be fine! the course is organized right now 50% for your midterm, and 50% final..but it might be different with Dr. Young you'll have to look into that!
