I'm transferring out of Business and into another program. On my grade report, I got accepted into Honours Philosophy and Honours Religious Studies (they're separate programs not the combined program).

the reason i ask is because Mac doesn't know which program i'm going to pick, so on which day would i register for courses? don't i have to select my program on the day of registration?? so would it be on the Soc Sci day or humanities day?

I think you would register on the same day as Level II Business students (so June 11th, same day as Humanities).

I say this because last year I transferred from from the Faculty of Science to the Faculty of Health Sciences but I had to register on the same day as Level II Science students because McMaster obviously wasn't aware of my decision to leave my Faculty.
