Solar! Y U No Let Me Log On?
I've been trying to get into solar since 8:30 am ... i can't be the only one that hasn't gotten in ... and i'm so sleepy .. maybe i should call it quits

How did course selection work before everyone had a computer and the internet? Did you line up and submit a form? Call in? I wonder which method would be best

Well at the University of Waterloo you lined up before.

My grandfather's an alum and I gave him a call to ask how they picked courses back in the stone age... he told me they carved their choices on stone tablets and threw them into the university, and that it worked pretty well since there were only like 20 students. What a guy.
Seriously though I was talking to the secretary in Accounts and Cashiers yesterday and she said it was all done by filling out forms and waiting in long lines. So this is at least a step up, but it would be nice if SOLAR could queue us somehow instead of just trying again and again.

Time to make my changes: 6 minutes
WTF are the first years doing that takes so damn long??? You should know the changes you make before you logon, instead of getting in, and sitting there and trying to work it out on the spot. Such an annoying morning. Not getting those 3 hours back:(
