So I found this document: http://sfas.mcmaster.ca/pdf/2010/summeraddendum.pdf
I still don't understand whether I'm eligible or not. Basically, I took 7 courses through fall/winter (4 in term 1, 3 in term 2). Does that mean I can apply for OSAP?

in order to receive summer osap, you have to take a full summer course load. A full course load requires 2 courses per term.

Unless you are in Eng, or another program that overloads like that. Your profile says Life Sci, so six, 2 per term.
