If I take a summer school course at another school but it is approved by McMaster (It is on the letter of permission page online) is the course still considered as a pass/fail course or will I get an actual grade for it?

I was wondering because some grad schools don't accept pass/fail courses.

It'll be pass/fail on your Mac transcript but when you apply to grad school you'll need to send them the original transcript from wherever you take the course, which has an actual grade on it.

Starfish is right. I did a course at York University over the summer and on my transcript it just says 'COM' (for completed) next to the course code. I also have the transcript that I requested from York that has the actual percentage grade on it. If you have any quick questions about taking a course on a L.o.P. feel free to msg me.
