I know that May 1st, aka tomorrow, is the deadline for term 1 summer school payment. However, is it the same for term 2?

It says June 25th is the "Last day for adding or dropping Term 2 courses without incurring financial penalty". But it doesn't say anything about the payment..

I'm guessing May 1st is the deadline for both?

Yes, I believe May 1 is the payment deadline for both terms.

Yup, you'll get all your money back if you drop the course before the 25th of June. Here is the cancellation schedule for the summer term, indicating how much refund you'll get depending on the date you cancel the course:
