Timetable troubles
I have been working at a camp all summer; and I have about 8 conflicts on my table; who should I approach about this problem? Is there a deadline for timetable changes?
Cheers

Try your best to resolve the conflicts yourself using solar. If required courses or their components (labs/tutorials) are conflicting, talk to an academic advisor. Tip for next year: use the master timetable (http://registrar.mcmaster.ca /scheduling/coursett.html) to plan what courses you are going to take before solar opens to make sure you don't have any conflicts. Google "McMaster Master course timetable" click the first link. It'll give you all the times and dates of the courses youre taking so hopefully you can work it out like that. I had 8 conflicts as well and I'm just gunna let you know now it was a BIG pain in the ass to fix. Good luck!

Step 1: Google mcmaster master timetable
Step 2: Go here http://www.timetablegenerato r.com/
Step 3: Write out all your courses, seperated by term
Step 4: Search up all your classes by term then write down all the cores, tutorials, labs and their available times.
Step 5: Plug them into the timetable generator to simulate what you have.
Step 6: When you have something you like, go to solar and MODIFY your courses
