Have had Dr. Fetner in the past but not for that course. I found her to be a great Prof overall. Very friendly and approachable, and took time to present the ideas clearly to students. Would highly recommend her as a prof. Her tests weren't very hard in the course that I took, but mind you it was an intro course and some of it was review from previous courses.
