The Top 3 Easiest Courses You've Ever Taken
Pretty self explanatory...was just curious what other people have found easiest so far.
For me (and in no specific order):
1.) COMM 2QB3
2.) CMST 1A03
3.) SFTWR ENG 3I03

Don't remember course codes... but...
Music 2??3 - Pop Music Post WW2
Human 2C03 - Critical Thinking
English 3DD3 - Science Fiction
Granted two of them I did in the summer (pop music/sci-fi), but they were all incredibly easy. I showed up to maybe 6 lectures for critical thinking, it was a joke.

It DEFINATELY depends on what you're interested in, who your prof is, and most importantly (for me) - WHO YOUR TA IS!!
The OP listed CMST 1A03 as an easy course. It was one of the hardest classes I ever had. I got the most miserable TA. She was so negative and gave everyone low participation marks, even if they participated several times each week. One week I got a paper back, and it said something like "18/20 C+" (which is not right). I pointed out the mistake to her (NICELY!!) because I didn't know if I got the 18/20, or the C+. She was very upset with me because she had written down the C+ in her records but my mark was the 18/20. She very much disliked me for the rest of the term.
Anyway. My point is, everyone has different opinons on easy and hard classes.
My easiest courses were
Geo 1HS3 - Intro to Human Geo? Not sure
Geo 1HU3 - Intro to Urban Geo?
PolSci 2C03 - Force and Fear (mainly because it was my favourite class and favourite prof of all time)

Yup, HeatherH, you're completely right. It depends on lots of things.
I took Ancient Maya (Anthro 2VV3) three years ago, and did poorly...and it was because the prof was a complete ass. We walked out of the exam as a class and were wondering where the hell he got his questions from, because it wasn't stuff he covered in class.
And same goes with Critical Theory...I know some people who have gotten 12s, and I know others who have gotten 1s. (Although that course depends more on testing methods and the prof than the material per se)

Hey Cubit, did you have Dr. Reid for Astronomy? Can you please elaborate more on the course (ie - were there any assignments? how were the midterms/exam? etc...)? Would you recommend it as an elective? I would really appreciate any feedback! Thanks

Is the point of this to suggest easy electives for others, or just to list the ones I found the easiest?
These some courses I found easy, which make some pretty good electives.
From easiest to hardest:
1) Stats 1CC3 - No longer exists (Take Stats 2B03 for an easier alternative)
2) Econ 1B03 - Intro to MicroEconomics (Depends on the prof!)
3) Math 3G03 - Problem Solving (Easy, but Limited Enrollment!)
EDIT: Sorry to zombify this thread, didn't realize it was so old...but a good thread nonetheless!
