I will be going to Mac sometime this week to hand in my tuition fees a total of 6881.54 dollars. The thing is that I heard that if you get an entrance scholarship they subtract your scholarship towards your tuition fee so that my tuition fee is reduced. But, OUAC has not updated my marks yet and therefore on MUGSI it does not say that I have received a scholarship even though my final avg is 86% ($750 scholarship.) So, now what do I do I just pay in my initial tuition fee of 6881.54 or wait until I get my scholarship? The problem with that is that for now I am only free this week to hand in my fees at Mac.

If you have the money, hand it in this week and then you can get a refund cheque once they process your grades/scholarship. Then you don't have to worry about it!
You can mail a cheque in or go pay at your bank or online, there's no need to go to McMaster in person. But yeah, if you want to get it over with and pay now, you'd have to wait for a refund cheque which usually takes a while.
