Since tomorrow is Monday you can call in to ask them to open a seat for you. You should contact the department. Try Ann Hollingshead at 905-515-9140 ext. 23005. She's the Undergraduate Advisor. Or you can try Milica Pavlica, the Administrative Coordinator, at 905-525-9140 ext. 24346.

There are probably closed seats at the moment. Science students pick on July 3rd. Try again then.

I already picked my courses and saved them. Can I change them on July 3rd? or do i need to wait until august?

You can add, drop or modify your courses at any time in the 7 days given. If you started picking your courses today, you can definitively try again on July 3rd.
You can actually keep on changing your courses up until the drop/add deadline on September 21. Provided that SOLAR is still open of course. It closes after the 7 days given to you and re-opens on August 13th. I also heard it re-opens for one day in July but I cannot remember when exactly.

same, my Psych 1XX3 and 1X03 are required yet it says full already (nursing program). So do i click on payment agreement or wait until i have everything?

Well, you are guaranteed to get into those classes because they are required for your program. Tomorrow, contact the psych faculty and explain to them the situation and they should be able to open a spot for you in both classes.

Looks like I took an unknown interest in Anthropology!
EDIT: If i chose my courses but don't do my payment agreement for another 2 days, will that jeopardize any of the courses i've chosen?

You can complete the payment agreement now if you want. When your course load changes you'll just have to confirm it again.
I also posted the numbers to call about Psych. You are guaranteed to get in, so just call them tomorrow. The numbers are on the previous page.

No, 2 days wouldn't do that. There is a day you have to confirm it by but I'm not sure. Does anyone know? I would also like to know which day.

Don't hold me to this (As I'm always paranoid and accept my payment agreement ASAP), but I THINK it's September 1st.

I agree, just accept it. If you ever change your courses you can always re-confirm your payment agreement and all is ok.
