ELM Going Down For Maintenance
In response to a desperate need for maintenance, the ELM server will be undergoing maintenance from 12:30 PM to roughly 6:30 PM on Tuesday September 15th.

If your courses contain time sensitive material, especially all the Psych 1X03 students who are required to watch online lectures, speak to and/or email your professors and/or TA's regarding accessing the material in different ways.
Reports of ELM slowing down though would probably be less than useful at this time as every ELM user is aware of this issue and the professors and/or TA's likely have several complaints about the matter.
Instead, try to find out if there is a different site that the material can be posted on. Some professors have "Emergency" or backup sites prepared as they foresaw problems with the change in systems.
