URGENT! Help with reinstatement Form (Program code)
Hi, I have completed everything needed for reinstatement and now am filling out the form. it says I need to fill in the "Program code" before the program name. I am applying to Science, level1 , what is the program code for it. It says refer to calendar, but i cant seem to find it.

Life Sciences I {0312}. I think the number in brackets is the program code. Not entirely sure though. you should call in and ask
