Well, some ppl like me didnt get below 3.0
We just failed to meet the engineering standard, so we r trying to reinstate back to engineering, instead of having faculty transfer. |

I believe to remain in engineering, you need a CA = 4.0 or greater.

Sorry I am sort of misunderstand by "it only gets harder as you get into the upper years".
u mean it's harder to get reinstated? or it's just harder as in academic?
Also I have a question, for those who can actually check reinstatement status in academics Program & Course Summary , how do you guys actually check it? Because I have 4 sessions of list down there. They are my 1st year, 1st year summer, 2nd year and 2nd year summer, which part do I check if i actually get reinstated or not? or if they have rejected me? They all have blank comments. |

Relating to the context of my post, that comment was directed at the difficulty in terms of maintaining a 4.0 in engineering. That is to say that the course material, credit load and such all increase in quantity and difficulty the further you go

I think it should be listed under your MOST RECENT session, under the comments section. |

Just got an email from the Btech program and got denied :/, apparently they look if you "fit" the program. Basically told me engineerings only get reinstated into btech, not science students. Im not too sad though, btech was just a longshot for me anyways. Still waiting for science, my circumstance is really big, so hoping to get reinstated into science.
I hate life right now.

it does suck that you may get kicked out but this gives you many other opportunities. now you will consider college which is a good thing imo because you wouldnt have in the first place. college is too underrated yet you get a lot out of it that you wouldnt from university. and you will have a chance next year im guessing to try again.

Which email was it when u were informed?
I could not access mc email cuz they keep saying I did not registered under any program.

Oh wait, nvm. I thought u were in Engineering, I am like w t f I never heard of anyone got denied from Btech.

i got denied and i had extenuating cercumstances. a death and financial trouble. im giong to try to talk to maria white tomorrow what should i do should i transfer into btech or ask if i can transfer to science becuase i forgot to write that in my reinstatement letter.
