I'd be enraged if someone said I remind them of anything related to that crappy show. This is easily the most offensive thing posted here.

I hate how this thread went severely off topic. Is there any way for mods to just delete all the posts in this thread except the OP? Can I just start a new thread? This is sad.

A few months ago girls were posting colours as their facebook statuses. The colours represented bra colours, and it made it onto the news. So NOW we're trying to possibly get it on the news again, but the big perk is that we are trying to get all the guys confused. Mission accomplished.

I'm not sure why some people are offended by this. It's like a viral advertisement becauseOctober is breast cancer awareness month. Everyone asks "Why is this so-and-so's status?" and it gets them talking about breast cancer. Sure, most conversations probably end after "it's a viral campaign for breast cancer awareness", but who knows where those other conversations go. Not everyone has the money or resources to donate money to the breast cancer campaign, so I think these little Facebook statuses are a good way to spread the word.
The bra colour statuses happened last October as well.

Or... you know, you could be a little more direct and put something about breast cancer awareness in your status. Most statuses are meaningless attention seeking things, how about being direct and doing something for a good cause rather than something as gross as "i like it on the floor... hee hee"

If someone posted "Check out this link for Breast Cancer Awareness", everyone would just read it and move on. Viral marketing works because it gets people talking, and that's all that these status updates are meant to do: talk about breast cancer awareness.

If people just wrote something about breast cancer awareness, it would never get everyone else talking. By writing about your bra colour, we got a lot of guys confused AND made it onto the news! Writing "October is breast cancer month, be aware" would never get conversations started. We DID make people aware by writing about our bra colors!
I LIKE IT ON THE KTCHEN TABLE.
