Why am I getting the Spring/Summer 2011 course selection, when I need Fall 2012?

its probably because you have not been correctly registered by the department to your level 2 programm ( :assuming you have passed all required courses). I would contact the department (faculty) ASAP in addition to dropping an email as well for now.
Few students have had the same issue in the past !!

Yes. Just out of curiosity though, does your MSFAA form have an option to pay the school directly? If not I would contact SFAS to figure out if the OSAP will actually be paid directly to the school. Before we used to line up to get our funding released and they would ask us if we use OSAP to pay for our tuition or if we wanted it deposited in our bank.
