Just a little question I wanted to ask, what is the difference between Zone 1 and 2 other than distance from school? I mean, I found Zone 1 housing with cheaper price the Zone 2, may I be informed into as to what I should look for?

It's just the distance as far as I know. If you can find cheaper rent in Zone 1, then definitely go with it.

Usually anything past zone 1 is a hassle unless you're really patient or getting an amazing house.
