Easy: Plant Bio, Genetics, Microbiology
Enjoyable (Totally subjective): Genetics, Cell Biology

I only took A-EE.

I believe you need to take Bio 2C03 if you're in the Hon. Bio program.

Biochem 2EE3 and Bio 2D03 are both extremely easy but neither are very exciting.

Biochem 2EE3 won't be exciting for anyone. I think the information is random and poorly organized.

Bio 2D03 can be interesting if you like plants.

Biology 2F03 is pretty easy as well. I heard they made 2D03 harder this past year (I took it the year before), but it seems like it's still easy from what people have said.

There's also some Psych classes on the Bio course list that are good. Psych 2F03 is really interesting, and I would also recommend Psych 2TT3.

Plant bio was easier? That's ridiculous, must have been like ABCs XD

I have answered you under "Kinesiology questions" . By the way, your post is slightly off-topic as most biology students cannot take these courses as electives (except physiology students)...
