Just a question for anyone who applied or is in the program... How exactly do the interviews work? And do they focus a lot on volunteering experience? I ask because I wanna apply at the end of my second year but I'm afraid I won't have enough volunteering experience by then, considering I don't have much of it right now. :\

I also have similar questions. I haven't been able to get a summer job so I was wondering if volunteering at retirement home over the summer and some other volunteer work on campus during the year would be enough for the interview. Is having a job relevant to BioPharm necessary?

You just need to have some experience, whether it be volunteer or part-time work. They just ask you to describe your responsibilities in a professional setting that's all.
