i really doubt you will find one. i had it last term and my friend got her hands on some previous exams..it was nothing like our actual exam. really messed us up. just know the tiny bit of theory and really understand how to draw iso to multi and backwards. it will be the more harder diagrams with cenre lines and other lines whose names i forgot

Just draw all the complicated shapes in the textbook; from what I remember, thats all that mattered... perspective given limited information (pics), and a tiny bit of theory like d.o.f etc.

It's really not a hard exam if you attended the tutorials and did the homework. Just know how to draw things and anything in terms of theory that was covered in tutorials/lectures...if I recall correctly there was nothing lab-related on the exam...
