Hey everyone!
Hope your exams have gone well and whether you are enjoying the summer break. Over the next couple weeks, the Cootes Paradise Club will be busy planning the club structure for next school year. There will be new exec applications going out as well. However, that doesn't mean that there aren't lots of summer activities happening! There are lots of ideas floating around, and you'll see them come up as the upcoming weeks come along.
The first two events that we'll be having will be:
May Full Moon Night Hike!
We're going to go on a forest hike through the Cootes trails under the full moon!
Date: Tuesday, May 17th
Time:10pm-11pm
Meeting location: BSB Flag Poles
Bring warm clothes, some snacks, comfy shoes,musical instruments, and some change for gl0wsticks!
Feel free to bring your housemates, friends, pets, etc. It will be a fun student-community event for everyone to enjoy.
Forest Parkouring with McMaster Parkour!
Bringing a new twist to parkour, we're going into the forest to explore parkour-style. This means log walking, jumping, and fast-paced forest thrills!
Date: Thursday, May 19th
Time: 5pm-6pm
Meeting location: DBAC Plaza (by the big rocks)
Wear running shoes and proper exercise clothes!
