I took both Kin 1Y03 and 1YY3 and It was in the top 3 of my favourite classes. You will have a totally awesome prof, (well I really like him- he even has a facebook fan club page!! ) There is some memorization, but most of it was in the 1Y03 class which I don't think you are considering, so you should be okay. I definately recomend this course!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ALOT of my friend took that course
if u took ex sci in highschool it helps
there ALOT of memorization but it usually fulll by now i wanted to take it but it was full </3 ~ but anyways there like lil test/quizes e.o.w in ur lab but they arent hard i hear. and u have like lil quizes on webct to do. its a pretty intense coruse from looking at my friends material, but just keep up like any otehr course and you should be fine.

i LOVEd this course. for a class this size (largest lecture hall on campus in mdcl, every seat occupied) the prof did great and was also entertaining. it was also very well organized. that said, it IS alot of memorization, and the labs are pretty stupid. the main thing is the final exam which is worth like, everything. so know youre stuff and probably study with a group!
